You will be offered a short, informal call to ask questions, clarify expectations and make sure the trip is a good fit for you. If you prefer not to have a call, you can ask any questions by email instead.

If you decide to proceed, you’ll complete a booking form and pay the £300 non-refundable deposit.

Once the deposit is received, your place is confirmed and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

You’ll be responsible for arranging your passport, any required visa, flights and travel insurance.

You’ll be asked to confirm once these are in place.

The remaining balance is due by 27th July 2026.

Closer to the trip, you’ll receive the final itinerary and practical details, and there will be a check-in to make sure everyone is ready.
